Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Ponchairo® as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it, for a full refund, within 30 days. For products purchased directly from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

You can return your item(s) purchased from Ponchairo® up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Ponchairo® does not accept returns on items purchased outside of Ponchairo.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place an order for the correct item. Exchanges, for items purchased outside of Ponchairo.com, will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn, with attached tags. Use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
